Regular orders process in 3 business days, with shipping calculated at checkout. Regular orders are not revealed live; you may opt into a separately recorded reveal.

Because our mystery bundles contain different goodies, package weights can vary. Shipping shown at checkout is based on the typical weight and size of your selected bundle. Once packed, we use the actual package weight and dimensions to purchase your shipping label. If there is a significant difference requiring additional shipping, we'll contact you before charging anything extra. Shipping overages may be refunded when appropriate.

US states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders have tracking. Transit time varies by destination and service. Mixed live and regular orders ship together after the live event, within 3 business days; shipping is charged for the regular items.

No returns or exchanges for change of mind or mystery selections. Regular orders may be canceled before packing; live-reveal orders cannot be canceled.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the items and packaging. We find a solution based on the situation and normally reply within 1 business day.
