Shipping & processing

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories are excluded. Standard website orders are subject to normal shipping charges, calculated at checkout. Live Sale offers may include free shipping when specifically advertised.

Regular orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery varies by destination and service. Every order gets tracking.

Because our mystery bundles contain different goodies, package weights can vary. Shipping shown at checkout is based on the typical weight and size of your selected bundle. Once packed, we use the actual package weight and dimensions to purchase your shipping label. If there is a significant difference requiring additional shipping, we'll contact you before charging anything extra. Shipping overages may be refunded when appropriate.

Returns, cancellations & order issues

We don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or disappointment with mystery selections. Regular orders can be canceled before packing starts; live-reveal orders cannot be canceled.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the items received and the packaging. We'll work out a solution based on the situation. We usually reply within 1 business day.

What's included in a mystery scoop?

Mini: 7+ items. One scoop: 15+. Two: 25+. Three: 35+. Four: 45+. Five: 55+ plus one free gift of your choice: a handbag, tote bag, or 40 oz tumbler.

Beads represent products; you receive the products, not the beads. Duplicates are possible unless you request otherwise in your notes. Promotional illustrations do not show guaranteed contents.

Where can I watch Live Reveals?

Follow Constant Chaos & Commotion on TikTok and Facebook for upcoming events. Regular website orders may opt into a separately recorded reveal video when ordering.
