Possible contents include face masks, sleep masks, candles, tumblers, makeup and beauty items, keychains, exfoliating gloves, shower sugar or scrubs, nail kits, lotion, and other pampering treats.

Contents vary from bundle to bundle. These are examples of possible items, not a promise that every listed item will be included. Photos show possibilities, not guaranteed contents.

This is a regular website purchase. Normal shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Mystery contents vary. Duplicates are possible unless you request otherwise in your notes.

Regular orders process in 3 business days, with shipping calculated at checkout. Regular orders are not revealed live; you may opt into a separately recorded reveal.

Because our mystery bundles contain different goodies, package weights can vary. Shipping shown at checkout is based on the typical weight and size of your selected bundle. Once packed, we use the actual package weight and dimensions to purchase your shipping label. If there is a significant difference requiring additional shipping, we'll contact you before charging anything extra. Shipping overages may be refunded when appropriate.

No returns or exchanges for change of mind or mystery selections. Regular orders may be canceled before packing; live-reveal orders cannot be canceled.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the items and packaging. We find a solution based on the situation and normally reply within 1 business day.
